To meet the diverse needs of children and their families, to provide excellent childcare and to create a stimulating environment for learning.
Apple Ridge Daycare is a family-focused in-home child care providing a healthy, safe and loving environment. We strive to feel like a home away from home for children and their families. Apple Ridge is a place where parents can feel confident that their children are receiving the very best care and education.
Apple Ridge provides children with stimulating, developmental activities for your child while meeting their physical, intellectual, social and emotional needs. We do that by providing nutritious meals, pre-school accredited curriculum and having an intriguing, interesting and clean environment in which to explore. Your child will be taught important values such as patience, sharing and responsibility. Our comprehensive curriculum focuses on recognizing their alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, cutting with scissors, coloring with crayons and beginning stages of reading and writing.
Teaching children how to care for their bodies through nutritious meals and regular outdoor activities is essential for a happy body. Our belief is showing children new and exciting foods while explaining the health benefits encourage lifelong healthy eating habits. Apple Ridge makes it a priority to move our bodies daily through physical fitness and make every effort to go outside and explore together.
The core of our program is helping children grow at their own pace in a loving environment.
My husband and I have three beautiful children and a golden retriever puppy. The lower level of our home is devoted to childcare with a large learning area. Children are provided with their own preschool backpacks and we make every effort to provide all the comforts of home. I'm an Olmsted County Licensed Daycare Provider and member of Family Child Care, Inc. with a primary mission to promote a rich, meaningful early childhood experience for all children. Apple Ridge is borne out of a dedication to superior quality daycare and for those seeking an in-home family environment for their children to enjoy.
